What is Mystery Shopping?

As a Mystery Shopper you behave like a normal customer, but you are actually assessing everything during the entire visit.

You check the service level of the employees and the experience in the store, and make a detailed report online.

Helion Research sends out mystery shoppers to visit/contact different stores to evaluate if they meet the brand's standards.

Are you the one we need?

• We are looking for critical and observant people.
• We value professionalism, but experience is not required.
• The task is simple: you evaluate the brand's customer service based on our questionnaires, and receive compensation for each completed questionnaire.

YOUR PROFILE

• You speak the local language.
• You are observant and with good communication skills
• You are punctual and like to work with deadlines
• You can work independently
• You like variety and discovering new environments

When you're done with that you can start as a Mystery Shopper! You look at what's nearby and apply for the assignment, it's that simple!
