LiveOps and monetization manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create and implement our Live Ops strategy;
2. Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plans;
3. Co-create and implement our Sales strategy;
4. Organize and deliver compelling seasonal and special events and promos;
5. Successfully launch and leverage new games releases;
6. Drive the day-to-day execution of the strategy by owning the schedule, targets, and overall success of in-game sales, offers, and live events;
7. Own the roadmap of features and tools needed to grow, innovate and improve live ops of your game, and coordinate their development with relevant stakeholders;
8. Together with game analysts, conduct quantitative analysis to provide key insights into product performance and uncover opportunities for further engagement and monetization;
9. Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize game retention, engagement and monetization metrics;
10. Co-create internal task forces with economy, design, product, development and analytics team;
11. Review daily KPIs and identify opportunities trends in live ops and monetization growth of the product.

REQUIREMENTS

1. At least 5 years of experience in free-to-play mobile games;
2. At least 2 years of leading a Live Operations and monetization team;
3. Excellent oral and written communication and general soft skills English and Russian an asset;
4. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an emphasis on metrics-driven decision making;
5. Extensive knowledge of live operations and monetization trends within the free-to-play business model;
6. Must be able to manage others effectively in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision;
7. Positive traction in backpack.
