Reliability Engineer

Critical role in the lifecycle of a GenCell products. Oversee the assessment and management of the reliability of GenCell products development and manufacturing that could impact a product performance on customer locations. Lead product validation in the labs and on customer sites and highlight, predict any failures or issues.

The primary focus is to determine the reliability of product components, and manufacturing processes. Identifying potential failures, investigate and explain the root causes and underlying reasons for existing or potential issues. Close interaction with team members in Engineering and R&D to assess reliability issues with current and future products.

Requirements

• Bs or Ms. in engineering discipline, preferable Electronics
• Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
• Ability to lead a small team of testing engineers and a reliability test lab

·        Taking active role in new systems design

·        Experience in FMEA, FMECA, FTA, FRACAS, test running MTBF, MTTF and prediction of failures

·        Applying general engineering knowledge to solve problems

·        Experience in DOE and analysis
