I am currently #Hiring #CommercialManager - #eStore for multinational company.

Job Location: #Dubai

Reporting To: Part Leader & HoD

Experience :

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role (eStore/Commercial)

• Background in #ConsumerElectronics/Telecom is an advantage

• Track record in #designing and #launching online sales propositions and programs

• Self-starter, #analytical, and #strategic thinker with strong commercial and technical skills

• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present complex analytics to an executive audience

• Excellent time management with the ability to work on tight deadlines and handle the pressure of last-minute requests

• Ability to operate comfortably and optimally in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment

• Strong basic productivity tools user is a must (#Excel, PowerPoint…etc.)

You will be responsible for overlooking the Commercial Strategy, #Product #Planning, #Product #Marketing, and day-to-day Business Management of the eStore channel across MENA region to increase conversion rates and grow the revenue of the company.

This includes defining line-up strategy, product lifecycle management, promotion and value proposition planning, gathering and prioritizing product and customer VOC and requirements, developing winning sales strategies, and working closely with MENA markets, online, marketing and sales teams to deliver company vision and ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction and loyalty goals are met.

Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date eStore business, #operations, and performance dashboards to provide in-depth visibility and understanding of the eStore channel’s current and future needs and translate them into sales opportunities.
