Creative Specialist

Predicto is a storytelling platform that owns and operates various websites from different verticals. We are dedicated to bringing fresh and engaging content on trending topics as finance, travel, science, politics, and health. Our focus is to bring quality content hand in hand with a great user experience in order to maintain leading statistics and provide high-quality media for our advertisers.

We are looking to bring a Creative Specialist on board and become our next rising star! An amazing opportunity to take part in a fast-growing company in the hottest field of ad tech right in the heart of Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities -

• Day-to-day creative marketing management for various articles on multiple advertising platforms;
• Publish and distribute content through social platforms;
• Produce high-quality, appealing content to drive views and revenue;
• Develop and conduct training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary to enhance their performance and achieve business objectives. Act as a mentor and guide to employees seeking to improve their performance;
• Maintain organized records of data and training materials, ensuring easy access for reference and reporting purposes;
• Optimize performance to enhance CTR;
• Monitor results to better understand traffic and conversion.

Requirements -

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Media or equivalent experience – advantage;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English – must; Additional languages – advantage;
• Previous experience with Canva – must;
• Experience with GDN, Taboola, Outbrain, Twitter and Facebook – advantage;
• Excellent understanding of online media and related platforms.
• Passion for pop culture, content creation and data;
• Creative analysis, creative thinking, good analytical skills;
• A strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed;
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and segments;
• A storyteller at heart, verbally and visually;
• Hands-on, proactive, goal-oriented with the ability to work independently;
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Highly motivated individual, organized, detail-oriented, team player and great interpersonal skills.

Full-time position in Tel Aviv, near Sarona and Azrieli Center.
