Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opening for a Junior CEO, a pivotal role within our dynamic team. This position is tailor-made for an individual with a robust background in product management or product marketing, particularly within a large-scale startup environment.

The ideal candidate will have the vision and drive to spearhead initiatives that align with our mission, ensuring strategic growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative strategies that align with our core mission and objectives.

• Product Management Expertise: Leverage your experience in product management or marketing to enhance our offerings and market presence.

• Team Collaboration and Management: Foster a collaborative environment, guiding and inspiring a team dedicated to achieving excellence.

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand evolving customer needs.

• Education Industry Liaison: Utilize your background in education to enhance our educational strategies and content, making significant contributions to the sector.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability of our initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years in product management or marketing within a high-growth startup environment. A background in the education sector is highly advantageous.
• Skills: Demonstrated creativity, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory;

• Content Creation: Experience in developing impactful marketing content, such as case studies and webinars.
• UX Field Knowledge: Extensive understanding of UX principles and practices.
• Enterprise Customer Engagement: Proven track record of working with or targeting large enterprise customers.

Location

This predominantly hybrid position welcomes candidates based in Israel (Tel Aviv) or the US (New York).
