Job DescriptionAs part of the job, you will be requested to support the initiation, management and tracking of facilities organization's people programs in Kiryat Gat, including:Addressing administrative tasks, project related activities, training materialsdevelopment, reports creation and analysis etc.Hiring and integration of new employees, employees development programs, fun events, movies creation, reports analysis and more.Job also includes working with techs, engineers and managers, managing good interfaces with HR, finance partners and others.Qualifications

Minimum requirements

• You should be a student currently registered to or pursuing M.B.A. or a MA degree in fields of relevant studies (Organizational behavior studies, organizational
• psychology studies, HR studies etc)
• Availability to work 4 working days a week.
• Remamining time to graduation: minimum 3 semesters

Additional Qualifications Include

• Work experience in hiring / HR field is required, with Excellent attention to details, process management.
• Analytical skills: high proficiency in Excel and data anlysis.
• knowledge in Canva/presentations and videos editing - an advantage.
• Strong PC skills including advanced PowerPoint and Word
• Great team work, innovation, creativity, comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment while showing
• Good ability to manage excellent relationships with business partners.
• Great communication skills both in Hebrew and in English
• A highly organized person
• Ability to work independently and to multitask
