Application and BI Infrastructure Manager

We seek a dedicated Application and BI Infrastructure Engineer to join our Developers and Product team. This role ensures seamless communication with various internal and external infrastructure providers. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our corporate DevOps team that oversees the central infrastructure. The position will lead our high-traffic application cluster, manage BI services, watch deployments, and ensure our applications' overall health and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Cluster Management: Oversee the high-traffic application cluster, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and resilience.
2. BI Services Management: Supervise our BI services infrastructure, including Kafka, Snowflake, and Clickhouse databases.
3. Deployment: Manage regular app version deployments, ensuring smooth releases and minimal disruptions.
4. Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor the health and performance of the application, anticipating issues before they impact users.
5. Version & A/B Testing: Oversee version management and A/B testing to refine and improve our product offerings.
6. Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain services such as DNS, CDN, GitHub, and other infrastructural apps.
7. Security & Compliance: Work with the security team to ensure all regulatory requirements and policies are adhered to, ensuring the integrity of our applications and data.
8. Cross-team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the product team and various infrastructure providers, both internal and external, facilitating precise and efficient communication.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar DevOps role.
• Proficient with cloud platforms and services (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Kafka, Snowflake, and Clickhouse.
• Knowledge of deployment methodologies, A/B testing, and application monitoring.
• Familiarity with DNS and CDN management.
• Solid understanding of security protocols and regulatory compliance in [relevant industry/domain].
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
