Controller

Family Office specializing in real estate in Israel and overseas, seeking a Financial Controller to join our team. The position offers the opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimizing the financial aspects of our investment portfolio and related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial and operational reports
• Maintain compliance with government agencies
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally. Coordinate with tax advisors to optimize tax strategies and minimize tax liabilities
• Analyze executive reports received from overseas companies
• Analyze financial transactions
• Manage day-to-day company accounts, including internal books and finances
• Review audited financial reports and oversee communication with external accountants
• Act as the point of contact for external auditors
• Budget control
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA
• 3+ years of related experience
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in English is essential
• Advantages: a strong understanding of taxation laws and regulations, both domestic and international
