Product Lead - Casual Game

We are a well-funded early-stage mobile gaming start-up led by seasoned executives and backed by top-level investors and VCs. With offices in Tel-Aviv, Turkey, and Kiev, we are hard at work on our first groundbreaking product. The Product Lead will be based out of our Tel Aviv office, report directly to the company’s CEO, and own the execution of the product strategy for our first game. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, coordinating with engineering, creative, and marketing teams, and bringing to market products that delight our users and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams on executing our product strategy.
• Manage and prioritize our R&D team’s daily work.
• Define and refine product requirements, write PRDs, user stories, and market research reports.
• Collect and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and products.
• Own the ROI of your R&D team, making sure your prioritization is in line with the business needs.
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development, and constantly explore our data to get actionable insights.
• Serve as an internal and external evangelist for the product.
• Assist the VP R&D in measuring team performance against operational KPIs.
• Participate in management discussions to align product strategy with technological capabilities.
• Be part of the strategic decision-making regarding product roadmap and company vision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in mobile B2C products, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of mobile gaming market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Experience working with engineering teams and familiarity with agile development processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Hebrew, Ukrainian, or Russian is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentorship.
• A passion for gaming and creating exceptional user experiences.
