ASTERRA is seeking a talented GIS analyst. The GIS analyst will produce unique satellite analyses and work on various production projects, as part of ASTERRA’s Production team.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse type of geospatial content, both raster and vector formats
• Support and maintain development & production work with unique customer requests
• Assist with raw SAR analysis, algorithm operating, georeferencing and quality assurance of geospatial products

Qualifications

• Proven background in GIS (ArcGIS 10.X and above)
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Geography/Geology or other related fields
• High proficiency in English
• Experienced with other GIS Software such as ArcGIS Pro and QGIS-Advantage
