Production Planning and Control Manager

• Annual Material Planning: Develop annual material plans based on forecasts, negotiate with direct and indirect material suppliers, and maintain price lists.

• Production and Packaging Control: Ensure efficient production and packaging operations, including the management of production schedules and the opening of production batches.

• Raw Material and Inventory Management: Plan and control raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate products, and finished products to maintain optimal inventory levels. Maintain comprehensive inventory documentation.

• Process Optimization: Lead projects aimed at optimizing and improving work processes within the production and inventory management departments.

• KPI Development: Create key performance indicators (KPIs) to support various organizational processes and monitor their performance.

• Budgeting: Collaborate in the development and management of budgets related to production planning and inventory control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management

• 2-4 years of experience in planning, inventory management, or procurement, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical production.

• In-depth knowledge of production processes and production planning.

• Proficiency in office software applications.

• Familiarity with the Priority ERP system

• Experience working in a pharmaceutical company is highly desirable

• Proficient in spoken and written English
