Mechanichal engineering Group Manager - Hands On

A great, innovative Startup, is looking for a motivated and experienced Manager of Mechanical Engineering to join its team!

The Manager of Engineering will be responsible for the development and completion of projects and will lead the engineering department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the engineers team members -Plan and coordinate the work

• Provides professional training and mentoring as needed

• Conduct team members performance reviews, including measurables KPIs.

• Participate in the mechanical design of the product.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in mechanical design of multidisciplinary products and actuated mechanisms.

• 4+ years of leading and managing a mechanical group / department.

• Experience with design of: Accurate mechanisms, bearings, gears, motion systems, robotics, etc.

• Experience in design from concept to implementation through all design phases.

• Experience with task management tools.

• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office, with “hands-on” experience in assembly of mechanisms and practical engineering.

• Creative, with “out of the box” mindset, team-player and with great communication skills.

• Fluent in English – Fluently English
