Guesty’s property management software provides property managers and management companies with an end-to-end solution to simplify the complex operational needs of short term rentals. With Guesty, users can manage listings from multiple online travel agencies including Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda and TripAdvisor, and utilize the company’s guest-centric tools including Unified Inbox, Automation Tools, 24/7 Guest Communication Services, Payment Processing and more.
We are looking for a Training Content Developer to join Guesty's Training team. Our team provides training content to our employees globally, in order to help them perform their roles to the best of their abilities while providing extraordinary customer experience to our users. We train about our ever-changing product, and keep everyone up to date on all new systems and processes, while working with multiple stakeholders across the company and always focusing on our customers' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Create effective, engaging, and interactive e-learning materials for various Guesty teams - including product-related materials, operational/procedural materials, and soft-skills training.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to create accurate, cohesive and clear training materials for workers at different technical levels and different seniority levels.
- Create exercises for implementation and assessment purposes.
- Close gaps in employees’ knowledge, based on internal requests and BI data.
- Maintain and update existing training materials.
- Manage training content in an LMS, while keeping a cohesive and organized structure.
- Take full ownership over projects end-to-end within Guesty’s Training team.
Requirements:
- English at mother-tongue level, both verbal and written – a must
- Experienced in developing technical training courses and materials
- Experience working in a hi-tech, dynamic fast-paced environment, preferably with a SAAS product
- Super thorough and extremely attentive to small details
- Very organized, self-motivated and independent
- Technical orientation, curiosity and self-learning ability
- Empathic intelligence, able to see things from others’ perspectives while asking the right probing questions, able to simplify complex notions and processes
- “Can-Do” approach, positive attitude and proactivity
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, able to dynamically work with different stakeholders
- Experience working with Google suite
Nice to have:
- Experience working with Jira, monday.com, Enabley
- Excellent presentation skills
