About The Role

We are looking for a self-driven Office Manager to join our team!

If you have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and deal with a wide range of requirements this is the place for you.

In this role, you will collaborate with our Administrative team to execute administrative and operational tasks, as well as other responsibilities pertaining to the company’s day-to-day operations.

This position is initially offered for a 1-year term, with the possibility of extension.

The position is hybrid, with 4 days of work onsite at our Tel Aviv office and 1 day of remote work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee office operations, maintenance and office look & feel ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Supervising vendors daily handling: office supplies/ inventory, equipment/ appliances as well as managing onsite cleaning and maintenance staff
• Solve problems quickly and efficiently for general office inquiries
• Working closely with other teams (design/HR/finance) assisting and collaborating on day to day projects, events and tasks.
• Prepare ongoing reports on expenses and office budgets
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years work experience in administrative roles, preferably within a rapidly growing company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English- A must
• Solid knowledge of office procedures
• Proficient in monitoring and managing budgets
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word) and proficient in preparing presentations
• Ability to function in a demanding, fast-paced environment and to handle multiple tasks in a calm manner
