Management platform R&D Team Leader

KAZUAR is a cyber-security startup offering a fresh and game-changing solution for elite data and access security. Our product, conceived by former intelligence agency officials from a variety of countries, creates self-contained, hardware-based cryptographically-isolated workspaces that protect organizations and businesses from the most advanced cyberattacks in existence. We are only beginning to enter the market and to build a brand presence, and our early adopter customers have called our solution “the next generation of cyber-security.”

We are expanding our group, which consists of proactive, self-motivated, and diligent individuals who have a creative and resourceful attitude, and who work well both independently and in a team. We are looking for like-minded individuals who share our values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of our new management platform that stands as the backbone for our cyber security solution.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance R&D team to bring your vision to life.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
• Uphold our core values, ensuring that every decision aligns with the company's values.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address gaps, suggest solutions, and ensure timely project completion.
  
  

• At least 8 years in the tech sector with a focus on cyber security and hands on solutions development.
• Proven experience in building management portals and backends for cyber security solutions.
• Managerial experience leading a development team of at least 5 people (frontend, full stack, backend).
• Effective leadership qualities and the ability to foster a cohesive team.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Professional certifications in cyber security or leadership.
• Relevant professional certifications.
• High proficiency in portal visualization and a keen understanding of User Experience (UX) design.
