Buyer -Tactical purchasing

Ribbon is looking for an experienced and highly organized Buyer to join our team. The Buyer is responsible for Vendor data base (open, maintaining) , Monitor supplier delivery, Deliver follow up to ensures orders are delivered on time.Responsibilities

• Vendor data base (open, maintaining)
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor supplier delivery
• Review and analyze purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders
• Ensure timely delivery of items and follow up with vendors on late orders
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of purchasing principles and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Experience with MRP / ERP system
• Experience in supply chain management and inventory control
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
