FP&A Analyst

Ribbon is looking for a Financial Analyst to join to FP&A team in Israel .

You will be a part of a global team and work with colleagues all around the globe.

Responsibilities

• To be part of FP&A team who manages budget for above 100 M$ spending
• Manage the financial planning process
• Model, analyze and forecast metrics that drive budgeting, forecasting and business decisions
• Monitoring expenses & headcount vs budget/forecast
• Analyze business results to achieve the business objectives
• Monitor compliance with controls and systems, and developing new processes to increase effectiveness and responsiveness
• Preparing detailed financial models for business segments, drive business initiatives, and identify, implement, and deliver key operational efficiencies
• Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions based on detailed analysis
• Increases productivity by developing automated reporting and process to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  
  

• MBA/BA degree in Finance, Economics
• At least 2 proven working experience as a finance analyst in large organization (Hi-Tech companies as an advantage)
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases ,and financial software applications (Experience with Oracle, Essbase ,Workday )
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis
• Academic-level English
