We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience in planning, designing, and scaling world-class products.

In your day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for the product work of Lemonade’s Claim experience. Claims are the core of Lemonade’s product, and demonstrate the edge of our digital experience— from the customer’s experience of filing a claim, through our Instant Claims handling, to the internal tools used by our Claims team.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders within the Claims team. With your in-depth knowledge of Lemonade’s Claims teams, products, and our overall brand, you’ll create product strategies consistent with the company’s vision, and translate them into detailed requirements and prototypes.

In this role you’ll

Define the claims-handling product strategy for one of Lemonade’s product lines in order to create a delightful claim experience, while doubling down on automation and efficiency
Work closely with the Claims team leadership to create a unified vision for our claims-handling processes
Collaborate with our talented cross-functional teams—including Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing—to drive efficiency improvements
Use quantitative and qualitative data to measure our claims product performance and improve its quality
Lead a product squad and drive the product execution

What you’ll need

5+ years experience working as a product manager in a successful startup / fast-growing company
Excellent leadership and personal skills, with experience overseeing and mentoring small, agile teams
A talent for understanding complex processes and identifying areas for improvement
Experience with automating manual processes is a big advantage
Fluent in English, with stellar communication skills
A data-driven, analytic mindset
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
