Salesforce Implementer

We offer the opportunity to join our IT team, we’re looking for an experienced implementer with project management experience, to manage and deliver CRM projects on Salesforce.com platform.The job includes both hands-on technical implementation knowledge on Salesforce.com platform as well as project management skills (such as 3rd party vendor management, timeline, and task management, budget & KPIs management etc.).You will report to the Manager IT B2C Israel.Main responsibilities:

• Be part of our excellent B2C team.
• Lead system customizations to meet business requirements:
• Translate business requirements to technical design
• Implementation and testing
• Lead and participate in UAT with the business
• Manage and implement issues resolution.
• Work closely with stakeholders and end users to identify, document and communicate business processes, supported by Salesforce.
• Make sure the enhancements and changes are compliant with PMI standards and infosec guidelines.

• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce implementation
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce tools such as Flows, PBs, Validations, etc.
• Apex knowledge – advantage
• Experience with B2C processes in Service Cloud.
• Experience as a project manager in Salesforce or other CRM platform
• BA / B.Sc. Industrial engineering, information systems management or equivalent - advantage
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes
• Strong data analysis capabilities
• Experience with other CRM applications - advantage
• Salesforce Certifications – advantage
• Creative and Scalable thinking
• Strong communication skills mainly in English
