Base Pay Range: $92,700.00 - $157,600.00 Annually

The Global Service Support Organization (GSS) team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The GSS organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description

KLA is seeking an experienced professional Service Sales Administrator to drive a global cross-functional team. The ideal candidate should excel in teamwork and project management to drive standardization and centralization of our regional service administration teams. The candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to balance from tactical details to strategic vision as needed to drive a successful global team. This individual will partner with Service Sales, Sales Operations, Field Operations, and Regional Service Teams to drive initiatives focused on consistency across our global Service Business Units.

Responsibilities

Cross-functional owner of the Regional Service Administration Teams to identify BKMs and implement globally

Collaborate with local Service Management Teams, HQ Organizations, Customer Support Engineers and others as necessary

Define and Implement standardization of Regional Admin initiatives globally

Travel (<25%) as needed in support of program initiatives

Research and publish Service Regional Administrator processes, BKMs, etc.

Audit and validation of contract creation, renewals and entry to SAP/CRM

Reporting for KPI’s such as billable backlog, contract forecast, regional resource utilization/requirements, etc.

Lead multiple initiatives with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Validation of tool sales orders that have any service component

Region POES audits (quarterly/monthly) to ensure regional accuracy and/or resolve errors as needed

SOX Compliance & Audits

Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM / SAP Data base management including updating and maintaining customer service records
• Experience working with customers in providing service quotes, customer invoicing and billing
• Experience in collaborating with a diverse group of service engineers, managers, sales and other admins
• Experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry is a plus
• Excellent customer interpersonal skills
• Experience with SOX compliance & Audits
• Friendly, outgoing and a positive attitude and a willingness to solve new challenges
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a business related field plus 3 years of industry related experience or 8 years of related experience
