Product Manager - BGL

Description

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day.

Product Managers manage the life-cycle of in-game mechanics and features, driving them from conception, through development and finally to live game performance. Through data-driven targeting, testing and impact evaluation, they will plan, define and then measure these mechanics and features, while aligning to the game’s long-term strategy, roadmap and goals in order to drive ongoing product growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze feature requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, UI/UX flows, wireframes and user stories, prioritize backlogs and organize work into sprints
• Own the success of the feature once it’s released to production by collaborating with analytics team to define tests and optimizing the feature to improve performance and business outcomes in light of their results
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with other teams (R&D, Design, BI/BA, Monetization etc) to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on feature requirements and product directions
• Coordinating timelines and deliverables with all stakeholders to guarantee smooth and efficient implementation of your features
• Review game KPIs and monitor market trends to proactively identify opportunities and threats, as well as monitor the performance of various game elements
  
  

• 3 – 5 Years’ experience as a Product Manager in a gaming company
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration skills and can work effectively with and influence other teammates
• Strong critical thinking skills –can clearly identify their product assumptions, and assess their relative strengths and weaknesses
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated and takes full ownership of projects
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Past experience in working with remote Scrum teams
