Compliance Team Leader

Nayax is looking for a Compliance team leader to join our Compliance Operations team that ensures Nayax operations adhere to business laws. The communication will be done in both Hebrew and English, therefore high level in both languages is required. The Compliance Team Leader will be part of the Compliance team and will report to the Compliance Operations Director.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Be Responsible for daily compliance teamwork which includes:, KYC (Know your customer) cases' allocatIon, workloads' balancing, monitoring the oveall team's performances in general and quality of the service, in particular.
• Provide professional feedback and guidance to the team, based on the company's compliance policies and proceedures.
• Deal with complex conflicts related to clients.
• Be responsible for ending and renewing engagements with clients due to compliance matters.
• Identify failures (technical/procedural) in the daily operational processes, report them to the Business Complaince Director and continue handling with the relevant parties, as necessary.
• Communicate with Nayax various team leaders and Nayax Compliance Officers in handling customers' KYC (Know your customer) issues.
• Analyze data from various reports to get to better insights as to team's performances.
  
  

Requirements:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• Proven experience in managing customer Compliance /service/support/back-office team's
• Goals and task management
• Experience in providing complex services and managing complex negotiations.
• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Fluent Hebrew and English, both in speaking and writing.
