Vishay is looking for a talented Process Engineer to join our Global process engineering team, working location is Beer Sheva, South District, Israel.

What you will do as process engineer:

• Implement process improvement strategies.
• Work with the staff eam to select most appropriate process improvement techniques.
• Identify and manage process improvement projects.
• Improve processes for high efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Optimize current processes to meet all customer and internal requirements.
• Develop and maintain process related documents.
• Evaluate current processes and provide recommendations.
• Provide support and guidance to team to meet daily work demands.
• Analyze and troubleshoot process problems to make continuous and permanent improvements.

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry \ Materials Engineering
• 2+ years in Quality or Process Engineering
• Fluent English - speaking, writing & understanding.
• Good presentation and networking skills.
• Computer knowledge
