What are we looking for?

Checkmarx is seeking a dynamic Business Applications Manager to join our Business Operations group. In this role, you will oversee the optimization and integration of core systems like NetSuite ERP and SAP SuccessFactors HRM, as well as other niche applications. You will collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations teams to align our business systems with current needs and long-term company strategy, all within a tightly integrated systems architecture.

How will you make an Impact?

Business Partner: Serve as a focal point for the Finance, HR and Logistics department, understand the evolving business processes, and translate into IS requirements.

Systems Management: Oversee core systems, including NetSuite ERP, SAP SuccessFactors and others, ensuring they meet business requirements.

Projects Management: Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation, through architecture design to execution with internal and external resources, delivery and support.

Integration and Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate the applications under your responsibility within our technology ecosystem.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with S/W vendors and subcontractors to align applications with our strategic objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless data flow between systems, providing valuable insights to various business units.

Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity and consistency across all financial systems.

Problem Resolution: Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to financial applications.

Financial Reporting Knowledge: Understanding of financial reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is a valuable asset.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in managing core business applications, with a focus on ERP and HRM systems.
• Familiarity with variety of applications, with focus on Financial and People Management software.
• Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven experience with NetSuite ERP and SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Previous experience managing a team is a plus.
