As a Senior Product Designer, you would be working closely with product managers, developers, behavioral researchers, and data scientists to explore, design, prototype, test, and iterate on solutions that help people change their behavior. We're looking for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, deeply understands, and can champion our users, and design solutions that are equally thoughtful, elegant, and delightful.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Application Design: Lead the end-to-end design process for mobile applications on iOS, Android, and cross-platform environments, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience across all platforms.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to inform and validate design decisions. Advocate for the needs and preferences of our target user base.
• UI/UX Design: Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visually stunning user interfaces that adhere to best design principles and standards.
• Design System Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system that enables efficient and consistent design across our product portfolio.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, behavioral researchers, user insights, developers, data science engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals, requirements, and timelines.
• Accessibility: Champion accessibility best practices to ensure that our products are inclusive and usable by individuals with varying abilities.
• Usability Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze usability testing sessions to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs accordingly.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continually enhance our design processes and output.
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile app design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on iOS, Android, and cross-platform applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of mobile design guidelines, material design, interaction design and human interface guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale.
• A strong visual aesthetic, experience creating visual systems, and delivering beautiful, high fidelity, production-ready designs.
• Understanding the product lifecycle from research through prototyping to design and usability testing.
• Team player who knows how to collaborate and brainstorm
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) with ability to interact with teams.
• Experience with healthcare or digital health products is a plus.
