SEO Team Lead

Description

The SEO team leader's primary responsibility is to develop and implement an effective SEO strategy that aligns with the company's goals. You will need to have a deep understanding of SEO best practices and be able to apply them to optimize the website's on-page and off-page SEO. You will also need to regularly conduct technical SEO audits and identify any areas of improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a content strategy that supports the SEO goals.

You will manage a team of SEO professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure that the company's online presence is optimized for search engines.

• 3+ years experience in SEO team management
• Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and SEO performance
• Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content strategy.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to SEO strategy
• Effective communicator and leader with demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate team members
