In this position you will create the products and tools that empower teams from Analytics, BI, Marketing, Product, CRM, and LiveOps to deliver an optimized and personalized experience to millions of players.Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of product initiatives: from ideation, user research and roadmap to detailed specifications to development to launch including field training
• You will work with all relevant cross-functional teams (Data engineers, Data Science, R&D, BI/BA, etc.) to guarantee smooth, and efficient implementation
• Connect different stakeholders across the organization from development, internal teams, other product teams, support etc
• Plan and drive execution of the Internal product roadmap
• You will find opportunities for key initiatives to improve the product and user experience and drive the whole company forward
• Ensure that clients’ expectations are met throughout the implementation and upon completion of the project

• 3+ years experience delivering highly successful and innovative data-based products preferably in a platform environment
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking
• Prior experience in data architecture (stream and batch)
• Knowledge with data pipeline/data flow/ETL & ELT processes
• Understanding of integration and data transformation best practices
• The drive and follow-through required to accomplish complex goals.
• You should love the excitement of taking an idea, making a plan, and executing it
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to bridge gaps and collaborate across all teams in the company
• Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity
• A proven ability to run complex technical projects in a dynamic environment
• Work experience in Agile development lifecycle setting
