Bio Tech Quality Assurance Specialist

• Managing and overseeing customer complaints throughout the process and providing support in resolving professional and managerial issues.

• Managing and overseeing the CAPA team throughout the process and providing support in resolving professional and managerial issues.

• Managing and overseeing customer service with a focus on quality assurance and support in resolving professional and managerial issues.

• Guiding external auditors and liaising with customers, analyzing findings, defining corrective actions, and ensuring their implementation.

• Handling quality agreements with customers.

• Collecting data for preparation and presentation of management surveys, writing survey summaries, and tracking performance.

Mandatory Threshold Requirements

• Academic education.

• Engineering education - an advantage.

• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance processes.

• Familiarity with quality assurance in medical equipment.

• Excellent English, including reading and writing.
