Job Description:

The employee will be in charge of logistics, working with clients as well as suppliers, payments, budget planning and managing the day-today operation of the touristic product.

Responsabilities:

• Build tailor-made itineraries and packages according to the client´s need.
• Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on appropriate product segments.
• Monitor payments. Handle unforseen problems and complaints.
• Create and update electronic records of clients.
• Maintain relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Spanish mother tongue - a must.
• Advaced Englis.
• Enthusiasm for people and cultures.
• Excellent interpersonal and comunicational skills.
• Detailed Oriented.
• Work well under pressure.
• Problem solver out-of-the-box solutions for challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet.
