We are searching for Spanish-speaking Tour Operator to join our family!
Job Description:
The employee will be in charge of logistics, working with clients as well as suppliers, payments, budget planning and managing the day-today operation of the touristic product.
Responsabilities:
- Build tailor-made itineraries and packages according to the client´s need.
- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on appropriate product segments.
- Monitor payments. Handle unforseen problems and complaints.
- Create and update electronic records of clients.
- Maintain relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Spanish mother tongue - a must.
- Advaced Englis.
- Enthusiasm for people and cultures.
- Excellent interpersonal and comunicational skills.
- Detailed Oriented.
- Work well under pressure.
- Problem solver out-of-the-box solutions for challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet.
