This role is temporary (maternity leave cover) for a duration of 4-7 months, starting in May.

🚀 The Opportunity

We're looking for an outstanding Product Manager with 2+ years of experience who thrives in a startup environment.As a member of a lean team, you'll have a huge opportunity to impact and own responsibility. You'll be responsible for coming up with creative new ideas to expand our product and improve our customer experience. You'll create product strategies promoting the company's vision and translate them into detailed requirements and prototypes.

🎯 Responsibilities

Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of new product features.

Perform extensive business and customer research to identify new opportunities consistent with our vision.

Lead defining and tracking KPIs across the entire journey, data analysis, and insights.

Lead grooming and prioritizing backlogs against a clearly defined roadmap.

Conduct rapid experimentation for improving conversions and funnels.

Gather qualitative and quantitative insights via data analyses, user interviews, and usability studies, with the goal of identifying customer pain points and opportunities for product enhancements.

🛠 Requirements

A top-talented, experienced (2+ years) product manager with a proven background in SaaS B2B products.

Customer obsessed. Interviewing customers and partnering with them to inform the product discovery process.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced early-stage startup environment.

Strong business-orientation and the ability to identify opportunities.

Solid experience in new product discovery. Building a new product from scratch.

Experience going through a full B2B product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.

Experience with relevant analytical tools, methodologies, and design best practices and analyzing complex, large-scale data sets.

Highly analytical background and proven attention to detail.

Innovative, entrepreneurial, ability to multitask.

Experience in SaaS financial products aimed at finance teams is a big plus.

Previous accounting experience - A significant advantage.

Perfect English & Hebrew and communication skills.
