My Green fields is looking for Laboratory manager for cannabis tissue culture. • Management of all laboratory activities.

• Development and implementation of protocols for product quality improvement and quality assurance.

• Planning and analyzing work processes, improving work methods and writing procedures.

• Compliance with schedules and large production capacities.

• Monitoring operational aspects of the culture supply chain and problem solving.

• Planning and managing the laboratory budget.

• Responsibility for operation and periodic testing of instruments and laboratory equipment, including maintenance.

• Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment.

• Responsibility for managing employees, setting goals and training plans.

• Preparation and execution of an annual goal plan.

• Responsibility for documenting records.

Experience Required.

•Bachuler of Science with plant laboratory experience. Master of Science preferred.

• Experience in team management - is an advantage

• English - proficient level

• Knowledge of Office applications

•2-4 years working experience in a laboratory

• Organizational and good personal communicational skills

• Ability of working in a dinamic and changing working environment.
