Financial Integrity Experiences (FIX) is looking for a product manager to lead agent experiences that help drive trust and integrity for all people and businesses using Meta’s financial ecosystem while accelerating growth. The team manages all agent-facing tools for Operations teams responsible for keeping Meta’s payment ecosystem safe and trusted across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Reality Labs, with direct impact on Meta's revenue.We are seeking a senior product manager to lead the product strategy, development, and implementation of innovative assets, capabilities and solutions for the Financial Integrity Agent Experiences.As the Product Manager leading agent experiences, you will work with multiple key organizations across Meta, spanning various Operations teams, to define, design and lead our agent tooling strategy and execution. This includes capabilities and automations to scale our operational capability and enable effective investigation of financial transactions worth billions of dollars on an annual basis. This position is full-time and based in our Tel Aviv office.
Product Manager, Agent Experiences Responsibilities:
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver clear short, mid, and long term goals aligned to the business priorities, and guide the team through key milestones organization
- Drive the team through vision setting, strategy, OKRs and execution, considering technical and analytical constraints
- Partner closely with XFN leads (Engineering, Design, Data Science, Data Engineering, etc.) and partners (e.g. product teams, Ops Partnerships) to drive impact together
- Actively work with teams across Monetization and Integrity to identify synergies and initiate partnerships that create business value
- Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Broad experience in product management or related industry experience
- Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team
- Organizational and execution skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience connecting your work with other related initiatives across the company while driving collaboration
- Experience working with ops / customer service agents
- Experience in financial technologies (FinTech) domain
- Experience in integrity, risk, support or compliance
- Technical and/or analytical background, including familiarity with Machine Learning terms, metrics and work methods
