The role

We’re looking for a Marketing Team Lead to manage a team of experienced marketing professionals in the various areas.

You’re welcome to work in our office in Tel-Aviv fully on-site, or hybrid.

In this position, your responsibility will be to:

● Manage and develop strong client relations. Take full ownership of marketing across multiple channels, including online marketing, content marketing, events, and integrated marketing campaigns.

● Create and oversee the marketing plan. Set a strategy for you and your team. Manage processes and operations in accordance with the marketing plan.

● Establish product storytelling. Work with the product team to convert the product value proposition into compelling positioning, messaging, and collateral that resonates with the market and is utilized effectively across the organization.

● Increase brand awareness and awareness of our technologies. Set short- and long-term visions for the brand and execute programs that boost awareness.

● Develop sales kits that include emails, presentations, white papers, and other materials to support sales and solution architect teams.

● Craft and execute effective social media content to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.

● Update website content and creating new landing pages.

● Manage webinar promotions and other marketing efforts.

We expect you to have:

● 5+ years of marketing experience with a deep understanding of social media

● 2 years' experience as a marketing team leader

● Proven track record in B2B marketing strategies and the cloud industry with an in-depth understanding of the Israeli market

● Strong project management skills

● Excellent written/verbal communication skills

● Native or near-native proficiency in English

● Experience planning, budgeting for, and analyzing campaigns and activities in close collaboration with cross-functional leadership

● Deep understanding of numbers as well as a strong business sense

● Experience working with a variety of teams, including BI, SEO, PPC, content, and brand
