Cloudinary is looking for a Corporate Controller with a sharp mind, accurate, independent, and great human skills who will be a key player in our Finance team. In this role, you will be in charge of accounting, compliance and Finance related projects. This is an opportunity to work with talented people in a successful, fast-growing Global SaaS Company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Accounting team (currently consists of an assistant controller, 4 Bookkeepers and 1 student).
• Manage the consolidated annual process and tax returns for all of the group entities.
• Manage the quarterly Budget VS Actual process
• Implement new accounting standards across worldwide subsidiaries.
• Manage the company options process
• Calculate commissions for the sales team.
• Lead finance-related projects.
  
  

• CPA from Big 4 - Must.
• At least 7 years of experience after internship.
• At least 3 years of experience as a corporate controller/ director of finance in a global company (advantage for SAAS).
• Proven managerial experience.
• High technical accounting skills- US-GAAP - a must.
• Team player.
• Excellent English – written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Project management skills.
