In this role, you will be in charge of accounting, compliance and Finance related projects. This is an opportunity to work with talented people in a successful, fast-growing Global SaaS Company.Responsibilities:

• Manage the Accounting team (currently consists of an assistant controller, 4 Bookkeepers, and 1 student).
• Manage the consolidated annual process and tax returns for all of the group entities.
• Manage the quarterly Budget VS Actual process
• Implement new accounting standards across worldwide subsidiaries.
• Manage the company options process
• Calculate commissions for the sales team.
• Lead finance-related projects.

• CPA from Big 4 - Must.
• At least 3 years of experience as a controller in a global company, including managing employees.
• High technical accounting skills- US-GAAP - an advantage.
• Team player.
• Excellent English – written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Project management skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• NetSuite, Mesh, Tipalti Experience- Advantage.
