Talent Acquisition Specialist

As GKS’s Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment efforts in a fast-paced startup environment. You will develop recruitment strategies, and ensure we attract top talent who aligns with our company's vision and culture.

This person will:

• You will be an enthusiastic and results-driven recruiter who consistently takes initiative to identify, engage, and hire top talent.
• Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers for all departments.
• Proactively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through social media, job boards, and other creative channels.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Ensure candidates have a positive and seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of different recruiting strategies, fostering a culture of learning and improvement within our talent acquisition team.
• Strategically manage external recruitment providers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Finance and IT.
  
  

• 3+ years’ experience in recruiting in a global Hi-tech company, preferred rapid-growth startup environment.
• In depth understanding of the start ups industry's unique recruitment challenges and employment trends.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills to gather and interpret recruitment data for informed decision-making.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven experience working with Comeet - big advantage.

• Availability for a full time position in Tel-Aviv (On-Site).
