What you’ll do:

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of the facility, addressing maintenance and general operational needs.

• Full responsibility for all maintenance work in our offices.
• Responding to calls related to maintenance and different systems like, installation, air conditioning, fire safety systems, electrical systems, fire prevention, building systems, and blinds.
• Conducting regular checks and maintenance of these systems to ensure they’re properly functioning.
• Addressing any maintenance issues with outside contractors in a timely manner.
• Ensuring the upkeep and functionality of sports facilities and special rooms within the office.
• Handling daily tasks such as replacing soda canisters, dishwasher maintenance , and faucet maintenance.
• Managing inventory, including unloading and restocking merchandise and food on the different floors.
• Physical work like moving furniture, reorganizing chairs and tables, and hanging TV's.
