Marketing Specialist - Israel and South Africa
Position based in Yokneam, Israel
The position is temporary for 8 months (maternity leave replacement).
Start Date: 15 October 2023. Projected end date: 30 July 2024

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director Marketing EMEA, the Marketing Specialist in Israel and South Africa is on a temporary assignment due to a maternity leave of the job holder responsible for the execution of local demand generation, lead nurturing, and brand awareness marketing campaigns based on the existing marketing planning. This includes physical/virtual/hybrid tradeshows and incorporating digital and social media marketing strategies to support campaigns, website, and collateral localization.
What You Will Do:
- Hands-on execution of and localization of regional and global or marketing campaigns, including digital and social media (Linkedin, Facebook, other)
- Based on an existing marketing plan, drive demand generation to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
- Monitor the “lead journey” and “nurturing” workflows.
- Collaborate with local sales and BDR leadership
- Under the guidance of the EMEA marketing leadership, monitor and report on campaign and KPI performance
- Work with and manage local marketing suppliers.
What You Will Need:
Basics:
- A people person and a team player!
- Degree in marketing, advertising, and/or communications
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B Marketing - Software/High-Tech Industry preferred.
- Mandatory languages Hebrew and English (mother tong or fluent in writing and speaking)
- Good knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn preferred)
- Good knowledge of Google Ads
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn CRM systems(SalesForce preferred)
- Able to extract and understand customer needs and propose correct tools, and processes to solve their problems and make sustainable profitable business from it
- Good communication skills, proactive, creative, and hard-working attitude
- Proven experience in working with different stakeholders
Preferred:
· Speaking other languages is an advantage
· Understanding of the local engineering, HPC and data analytics industries is a plus
· Knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, Canva
· Experience of B2B marketing for software (engineering or data analytics software)
