Logistics Manager

We are looking for a Logistic Manager to oversee the entire delivery process of products and goods. Scheduling both inbound and outbound shipments domestic and international transportation, tracking and monitoring of freight to ensure each product arrives on time to all locations in the world. Leading improvements in logistics operation, facilitating a logistic solution in the US and in other locations. leading and implementing logistics projects to improve process, productivity, and transportation efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and manage global logistics solutions, partners, routing guides, transportation, and customer service
• Work with teams to resolve delivery issues track, and trade compliance, monitor freight and goods arriving on time, and manage shipments to customers where White Gloves delivers services.
• Responsible for order fulfillment, and monitoring of sales orders and work orders while ensuring on-time fulfillment according to company/customer SLAs / deadlines.
• Overcome logistics obstacles to ensure delivery is made in line with internal and external customers’ requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess logistics performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Developing, measuring, and reporting process and performance metrics to drive improvements and cost productivity initiatives with service providers.
• Working cross-functionally with, Sales, operations, Support, and finance to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a global company- a must.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and transportation modes (air, ocean, road) in North America, EMEA, and APAC regions, white glove shipping, and operation of logistics 3PL companies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision making and organizational skills.
• Ability to think and operate independently.
• Flexible schedule and willing to work overtime when required.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in JIRA and ERP systems - An advantage
• Experience with logistics and transportation in the US- Advantage
