The gaming industry has evolved from a retail model to games as a live service where Unity plays a critical role in helping developers successfully acquire, engage, and monetize their users. As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for using our advertising and monetization platform to grow revenue and optimize key strategic gaming accounts. If you love data and the mechanics behind game economies and can think critically about how to approach challenges and seize opportunities then this is the position for you.

This role is ideal for someone looking to flex their analytics and project management skills in a team that directly works on high-level business development and execution.

What you will do:

• Analyse, execute, optimize, and support key gaming accounts in collaboration with account management teams
• Identify, monitor, and analyze KPIs for gaming accounts to ensure client satisfaction
• Help drive business development efforts with client-facing collateral including partnership decks, one-sheets, case studies, and presentations
• Set strategy for a book of developers to maximize revenues for Unity’s clients through leveraging existing & shaping new monetization and user acquisition products.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate fixes, improvements, feature developments, or adjustments to ensure the success of Unity’s clients
• Prepare internal & external communication updates to stakeholders on the progress of business development milestones

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics or equivalent
• Excellent English Language Proficiency
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to approach problems strategically and execute that strategy cross-functionally
• Must be able to work in a rapidly changing environment and drive actionable next steps
• Extraordinary attention to detail and can-do attitude
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills with both external and internal stakeholders
• Previous experience working on a mobile game / live service game or other in ad tech/gaming industry
