Infrastructure Development Team Lead

With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we seek a skilled Infrastructure Team Lead to join our dynamic team at our office in Rosh Haayin.

Position Overview:

As the Infrastructure Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our company's infrastructure, ensuring a robust and scalable environment. You will lead a talented team of professionals, leveraging your expertise in Golang, Kubernetes, and managerial skills to enhance our technology stack and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. **Team Leadership:**

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

  - Drive team development and skill enhancement through training and continuous learning.

2. **Infrastructure Management:**

  - Develop a company-wide and useable component framework

  - Leverage your expertise in Golang to enhance and optimize critical infrastructure components.

  - Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of all infrastructure elements.

3. **Kubernetes Expertise:**

  - Adopt existing services to be used in a Kubernetes environment.

  - Implement best practices for deploying, maintaining, and monitoring Kubernetes applications.

  - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes deployments.

4. **Collaboration:**

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and security, to ensure a cohesive integrated approach to infrastructure management.

  - Participate in strategic planning sessions to align infrastructure initiatives with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a Software Development Team Lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Golang programming language, with at least 2 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a technical team effectively.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development of highly scalable solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Education and Experience:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the ERP or related industry.
