We are seeking a midlevel real estate associate to join our Real Estate practice group. This is an opportunity for a skilled attorney to provide legal counsel to leading entities in the field of real estate law.

Your responsibilities will include handling all stages of real estate projects, supporting complex projects and large-scale transactions, primarily from the perspective of developers.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 year of professional working experience as a lawyer in the real estate field
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, with proven ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders including senior leaders
• Advantage for experience in representing developers in urban renewal transactions and/or representing financing parties
