Senior Applied Researcher

Job Description

• Work on future technologies to enhance and reinvent the website building experience leveraging natural language-enabled assistants and AI-powered design tools
• Use ML, Deep Learning, and algorithmic techniques to solve challenging problems, building and shipping models across multiple domains
• Innovate and enhance Wix’s core products using massive amounts of data and deep domain understanding

Qualifications:

• An experienced Applied Researcher or Data Scientist with 5+ years experience delivering production grade models - a must
• You have a masters, doctorate or an equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with a strong publications record - a must
• You have extensive programming experience, preferably in Python, and hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• You’ve built models for multiple domains, such as computer vision, image and content generation, natural language processing, and data representation
• You have a fundamental understanding of engineering and lifecycle development
• You have excellent analytical and communication skills, express your ideas successfully, and you work efficiently on independent tasks and as a part of a team
