In this role you will be responsible for the financial day to day activities and processes of the company, reporting to the Company’s VP of Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparing all required financial statements, tax filings, and ongoing interactions with external auditors.
• Manage company’s financial aspects including oversee bookkeeping and day-today finance operations such as billing, payments, collections, payroll, etc.
• Work with the Company’s external auditors and other consultants during annual audits and ongoing issues as needed.
• Creating analyses for managerial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Support accounting and finance-related projects as needed.
• Support and lead special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary.
• Verifying compliance with corporate governance across the organization.
  
  

• CPA with Big 4 Hi-Tech department experience - MUST
• At least 2 years of experience in a Hi-Tech industry company - MUST
• Outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Master in Excel.
• Excellent English, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player, result-driven, highly motivated with a will to make an impact.
