• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
• Data Analytics: Lead the data analytics function to extract actionable insights from user data, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the company’s financial health and sustainability.
• Customer Support: Manage and enhance our customer support team, fostering a culture of exceptional service to our users.
• Legal & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the cryptocurrency industry, working closely with legal and compliance experts to mitigate risks.
