Responsible for execution of Amdocs strategy for mergers & acquisitions (M&A) including structuring M&A strategy per domain, strategic selection analysis of potential ‘targets’, negotiation, due diligence management, financial valuation, legal documentation and overall process responsibility
What will your job look like?
- You will define Amdocs M&A strategy per relevant domain.
- You will identify several alternative targets per domain.
- You will execute Corporate Development deals that were approved by Amdocs management, including: financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, structuring, contracting and integration planning
- You will lead large cross-company task forces, aligning with key stakeholders, leading workshops, periodically communicating the deliverables and project plans to key stakeholders
- You will take part in Post-Merger Integration planning and execution
- You will provide management with insights into the market and the M&A ecosystem and presenting conclusions.
- BA in Economics/Law/Management/Accounting/ (advantage for candidates with joint L.L.B degrees)
- MBA- from an internationally recognized business school, or other related second degree.
- 8-15 years of work experience, in Corporate development, Investment banking, Venture capital, Consulting, Business development, including 5+ years of experience in global companies
- Strong experience in M&A processes including negotiation, due diligence, deal structuring, financial evaluation, legal contracts
- Strategy experience - advantage
- Good finance background including valuation and modeling
- Good understanding of the Telecom and Technology markets and trends
- Ability to see the ‘wide picture’
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and problem-solving mentality
- Managerial experience – preferred
