We are looking for a highly motivated VIP Team leader for our managed players AMs team, who will be responsible for the retention of our managed players, proactive activities, creation, implementation, and management of managed players promotions, as well as the support needs of these players. All to ensure a personal, vibrant, engaging, and rewarding experience for the managed players

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of Account Managers
• Mentoring and training the team on customer relations techniques
• Working closely with Business Analysts to create the best reflecting data dashboards
• Monitoring the AMs daily activities
• Hands on handling of complex cases
• Responsible for fulfilling the support needs of the VIP players and quickly resolve any issues the players may have
• Managed Players Management Strategy: Understanding Solitaire’s objectives and crafting custom, effective strategic plans to meet goals based on various data sources
• Crafting syndication schedules, tone and messaging guidelines that give a personal experience to the players
• Research: basic spot research is needed to engage the VIP Players and to investigate any trending activities within the group
