• Solving customers’ issues through chat and email
• Acting as the voice of the customer, reflecting their needs to the product and engineering teams
• Educating Anima’s customer base using support articles and chatbot automation
• Participating in best practices sessions, demos, training sessions, and meetups, over zoom and video recordings
  
  

What existing skills & experience you possess

• Proficient in English
• Experience using Figma.
• Some exposure to programming with a language like JavaScript (no need to know how to code at a high level, just understand what is going on)
• Understanding of how websites and web applications work
• Tech savvy, having the ability to learn new tools quickly on your own. For example, Anima’s CS team uses: Intercom, Slack, Google G-suite, Stripe, Asana, Figma, and more tools
• Passion to help, educate and make customers succeed on their path to adopt Anima
