Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for driving growth and inspiring action? At ThinkUp, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our revenue growth, user acquisition, brand equity, and Product Marketing Management (PMM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Build robust paid and organic growth engines.
- Lead 360-degree brand marketing campaigns.
- Establish a scalable organizational structure.
- Achieve business KPIs with end-to-end marketing plans.
Must-Haves:
- 6+ years in marketing and team management in global B2C/B2SMB PLG startups.
- Proven track record with high-scale marketing efforts and media budgets.
- 3+ years of expertise in PMM.
- Proficiency in SEO, social media, content marketing, paid acquisition, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics and Google AdWords.
- Excellent communication skills with native-level English proficiency.
