Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for driving growth and inspiring action? At ThinkUp, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our revenue growth, user acquisition, brand equity, and Product Marketing Management (PMM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Build robust paid and organic growth engines.
• Lead 360-degree brand marketing campaigns.
• Establish a scalable organizational structure.
• Achieve business KPIs with end-to-end marketing plans.

Must-Haves:

• 6+ years in marketing and team management in global B2C/B2SMB PLG startups.
• Proven track record with high-scale marketing efforts and media budgets.
• 3+ years of expertise in PMM.
• Proficiency in SEO, social media, content marketing, paid acquisition, and affiliate marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics and Google AdWords.
• Excellent communication skills with native-level English proficiency.
